Good to know before you book
- Running late? There's a 15-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is canceled and the deposit is forfeited.
- No call, no show may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.

- Not a candidate if you: are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, have used Accutane in the past 12 months, or have an active skin condition near the brows.

What are Ombré Powder Brows?
A semi-permanent makeup technique that uses tiny deposits of pigment to create a soft, powdered look: lighter at the front of the brow and more defined toward the tail.
How long does the appointment take?
About 3–4 hours. That includes your consultation, mapping, shape approval, numbing, and the procedure.
How long is healing?
The visible healing process takes about 14 days. Brows continue to settle after that and are fully healed at about 6–8 weeks.
Will my brows look too dark at first?
Yes, at first. Brows generally heal about 30–40% lighter than they look right after your appointment.
Can I wear makeup during healing?
No makeup directly on the brows during the healing period.
Do I need a touch-up?
Once your brows are fully healed (about 6–8 weeks), we’ll evaluate your retention and make any adjustments needed. Touch-ups start at $175 and are available exclusively to existing BrowWow clients.
How long do Ombré Powder Brows last?
Ombré Powder Brows typically last 2–3+ years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, skincare, sun exposure, and pigment retention. With routine touch-ups, you can maintain your brows long-term and keep the shape and color looking fresh.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before, caffeine on the day of, blood thinners like ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E for 24 hours before, retinol or Retin-A near the brows for 7 days, and Botox for 2–3 weeks before. If you take a prescribed medication, talk to your doctor before stopping it. Full pre-care instructions.
Who is not a candidate?
Ombré Powder Brows aren’t recommended if you’re pregnant or nursing, under 18, have used Accutane in the past 12 months, or have an active skin condition near the brows.
