Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to book.browwowsalon.com (the “Site”), operated by BrowWow, LLC (“BrowWow,” “we,” “us”), a permanent makeup studio in Tempe, Arizona. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about BrowWow and our services and to book an appointment. Please don’t misuse the Site, including by trying to disrupt it, access parts of it you aren’t meant to, or copy its content for commercial use.
2. Information on the Site
The Site is for general information about Ombré Powder Brows and the BrowWow appointment experience. It is not medical advice. Whether the service is right for you depends on your skin, health, and history, which we review at your consultation.
Results vary from person to person. Healing, color retention, and how long results last depend on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, skincare, sun exposure, and aftercare. Timeframes on the Site (such as healing time and how long brows typically last) are general estimates, not guarantees.
Before-and-after photos show real BrowWow clients and are shared with their permission. “After” photos are generally taken right after the appointment, before healing.
3. Prices and services
Prices and services shown on the Site may change at any time. We try to keep the Site accurate, but if the Site and our booking system or booking policies ever differ, the price and terms confirmed when you book control. As stated in our booking policies, your price is locked in once your deposit is paid.
4. Booking and booking policies
Appointments are booked through Acuity Scheduling, a third-party booking service. Every booking is subject to BrowWow’s separate Booking Policies & Pre-Care, including our deposit, late arrival, no-show, refund, and candidate requirements. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that the service will be performed; BrowWow may decline or reschedule a service when it isn’t appropriate or safe, including under the candidate requirements in our booking policies.
5. Payment plans
Afterpay and Cherry are independent third-party companies. Payment plans are subject to their approval and their own terms. BrowWow is not a lender and does not make financing decisions.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to services we don’t control, including Acuity Scheduling, Afterpay, Cherry, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and our main website. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and BrowWow isn’t responsible for their content or practices.
7. Our content
The BrowWow name and logo, the photos (including client before-and-after photos), and the text and design of the Site belong to BrowWow or are used with permission. Please don’t copy, repost, or use them without our written permission. Client photos may never be reused or reposted by others.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise that it will always be error-free, up to date, or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BrowWow is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from third-party services linked from it. This section applies to your use of the Site; your appointment and services are governed by our booking policies and the consent forms you review and sign at the studio.
10. Arizona law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
