Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BrowWow, LLC (“BrowWow,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit book.browwowsalon.com (the “Site”). BrowWow is a permanent makeup studio at 933 E Broadway Rd, Ste 18, Tempe, AZ 85282.
The Site is an informational page about our Ombré Powder Brow service. It does not have user accounts, and it does not have forms that collect your name, email, or phone number. When you book, you leave this Site and use our booking provider, Acuity Scheduling.
This policy covers the Site only. Information you give us in person at the studio (such as consent or intake forms) is handled as part of your appointment, not through this Site.
1. Information we may collect
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit the Site some technical information is sent by your browser, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, and the date and time of your visit.
- Our website host (Netlify) receives this information to deliver the Site and keep it secure, and may keep standard server logs.
- Google Fonts: the Site loads a typeface from Google, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- Analytics and advertising tools, if active, collect information about how you use the Site (see Section 2).
Information you choose to send us
If you text us at 414-750-8981 or email info@browwowsalon.com, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you include in your message. This can include photos of your brows if you send them for a previous-work (correction) review.
2. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
The Site itself does not set its own cookies. However, we may use the third-party tools listed below to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. When active, these tools may place cookies or use similar technologies (such as “pixels”) in your browser and collect information such as the pages you view, the buttons you click (for example, “Book Your Brows”), your device and browser, general location based on IP address, and the ad or link that brought you to the Site.
- Google Analytics — shows us how visitors find and use the Site.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — tells us whether a Google ad led to a visit or a click to book.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — measures and improves our Facebook and Instagram ads, and may be used to show BrowWow ads to people who have visited the Site.
- TikTok Pixel — measures and improves our TikTok ads, and may be used to show BrowWow ads to people who have visited the Site.
We may add, change, or stop using these tools over time. If we begin using a tool that isn’t listed here, we will update this policy.
These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies: Google, Meta, and TikTok. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services here.
3. Booking, payments, and financing
Our “Book” buttons take you to Acuity Scheduling, a third-party booking service. Information you enter there (such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment choice, and any answers to booking questions) is collected by Acuity and shared with BrowWow so we can manage your appointment. Your $100 deposit is paid through the payment processor connected to our booking system, not through this Site. Acuity’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that page.
If you choose a payment plan through Afterpay or Cherry, you apply with and share information directly with those companies. Their terms and privacy policies apply, and approval decisions are made by them, not by BrowWow. BrowWow does not receive your full financing application; we only receive confirmation of your payment or approval status.
Payments made in the studio (Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, or cash) are handled at your appointment, not through this Site.
4. How we use information
- To run the Site and keep it working and secure
- To understand which pages, photos, and sections are helpful to visitors
- To measure whether our ads and social posts are working, and to show BrowWow ads to people who may be interested
- To reply to your texts and emails, answer questions, and review photos you send about previous brow work
- To schedule and manage appointments you book through Acuity
5. How information is shared
BrowWow does not sell or rent your personal information. Information is shared only in the ways described in this policy:
- With the service providers that run parts of our business, such as our website host, booking system, and payment and financing providers
- With analytics and advertising platforms, through the tools described in Section 2, if they are active
- If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BrowWow, our clients, or others
We do not share client lists or contact information with anyone else.
6. Security
The Site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection and does not store the information you enter when booking; that is handled by Acuity. We use reasonable care with the messages and information clients send us. No website or online service can guarantee complete security.
7. Your choices
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work.
- Google: you can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta and TikTok: you can adjust how ads are shown to you in your Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ad preference settings.
- Industry opt-out: you can opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
- Your information with us: you can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by texting or emailing us (see Section 10). Some information, such as appointment and payment records, may need to be kept for business or legal reasons.
The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults. Our services are not available to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the Site.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add or remove analytics or advertising tools. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
